Ensign Brook Farm — Yarn and Roving We have a variety of sheep breeds which offer different characteristics to our yarn. This permits us to have a diversity in our yarns and roving. Each breed of sheep offers something different and exciting. This is captured in our products. At Ensign Brook Farm, we have three different registered flocks which yield a variety of beautiful fibers (Romney, Merino-crosses, and Cheviot). Our yarns are produced in New York State with our finest quality fleeces. We choose our fleece from our ewes and create a specific year from that ewe. We do not mass-produced our yarns. The yarn and roving are processed in small quantities to ensure quality. Click here to See our price list
